Hand-dyed, hand-spun, and hand-woven from our own "Anna," this statement shawl is definitely local.
After Todd sheared Anna, her fleece was sorted and washed. Dyed with logwood, indigo, lac, and cochineal over 4 days, the fibre received its striking colour combination.
Spun into yarn over 21 days, then the skeins of yarn headed to my shawl loom, handcrafted by Todd.
